First of all my few posts on this page in the last couple of weeks amounts to about all of 5 minutes. And since you ask, the reason I would even bother visiting this site is because of the extremely distasteful, rude, obnoxious, unsportsmanlike manner in which I have been treated in my 3 visits to Folsom Field by the Buffs nation.
Secondly, it is beyond hilarious to listen to any Buffs fan berate someone for “talking trash” when as a matter of fact much of Buff Football culture is built around just that: talking trash to the Huskers, whether it be at midfield before a game, in your student section, in the parking lots, or on the internet.
So please, Joe in Omaha, don’t talk to me about “obsessing”. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black….

This is from a Nebraska fan who lives with a Buffs fan (the reason that I know this site exsists). Why do you spend so much time on a blog page for another school? You’ve accounted for a third of the comments on this page. Do you have any hobbies? Do you have kids or grandkids you could spend time with? Do you pay attention to current events? When your life is so empty that you talk trash on another team’s page (as is the case with a lot of husker fans), you have a problem. College football is just a game played by a bunch of kids. It doesn’t matter much in the scheme of things. Find something else to obsess about.

Well, thank god i was out of the country for another stinker by hawkins and company. all i have to do is read the box score, 3 picks by cody, with 2 of them tipped. no shit sherlock, he has never learned to pump fake the ball. lousy coaching period. when are true buff fans going to demand more? helfrich needs to go. if coach hawkins had any moose knuckles, he would retire next season. Can we bring back Mac for a season or 2? never thought i would say that. but look at kstate. and the comment about iowa state and baylor is true. ohhh, and i was the one who made the D Scott transfer rumour, so i will say make it offical now, he will transfer. With lousy basketball and football coaches, i would think the student body should ask for some of their money back. frigging losers, even more so of the coaches. Losers.

Slauson, who was recruited by Colorado before choosing to go to Nebraska, said the once simmering rivalry with the Buffaloes is no longer what it once was for the Cornhuskers.
“They’re in the Big 12 and when you think Big 12 schools you think Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska,” Slauson said. “(The Buffs) seem irrelevant.”
