Buffs Sign Hawking to Extension

The DailyCamera is reporting that the University of Colorado has extended the contract of Dan Hawkins through the 2012 season.
I think this will help the Buffs continue to recruit more top players knowing that this coaching staff will be here for a few more years. Hawkins has shown that he is closing the gap between the Buffs and the top of the league. With a two deep consisting of a lot of 1st and 2nd year players the future looks bright and the future recruiting classes will get to be brought up slower and not expected to make huge contributions immediately.
