I’m back after slacking for a couple of weeks in the blog poll, and there’s been quite the shake-up since the last time I did this. My Top 10 looks quite a bit like the BCS standings, except for a few points:
- I’m leaving Kansas ranked above Georgia. I can’t figure out how a team that lost to the new #1 team (and could have won if they wouldn’t have shot themselves in the foot so many times) should drop below a 2 loss team.
- I have OU ahead of LSU as the Tigers are playing in way too many close games to be the best ranked 2 loss team.
- I’m putting Hawaii in my top 10 after watching them beat Boise State last week. I know they’ve played a weak schedule, but they’ve beat everyone they’ve played and that offense sure is exciting. Can’t wait to see them match up against a BCS school in a bowl.
As for the rest of the poll, who really cares? Feel free to jumble the second 15 any way you want.
