The BUFFS are Charging Back…

According to Ivan Maisel of ESPN the BUFFS will have more reasons to applaud this year. They are predicting that we will knock someone out of the Big 12 conference championship. Does that indicate that the Buffs will be in the conference championship?

um, yeah, how about we worry about a winning season and more than 2 wins first. Missouri and Nebraska will pound us yet again…

Ahhh ARBY’s: Missed you for awhile. Now that things are starting to simmer. Being the betting man that I am, I am sure that…Its alot harder to go from 9 Wins to 12, than from 2 to 6 wins. Especially if you have Shawn Watson at OC.

You can also call him BSMC or BlowMeBuffs, they’re all the same person. I do like how he tries to sound like he’s one of “us” here, though. Regardless, I’m tired of the Nebraska talk, let’s worry about the Buffs and what they do to improve this year. I think that Maisel was predicting that we would beat either Missouri or Nebraska, knocking them out of the championship game and letting the other in.

Lets walk down memeory lane…something that ARBYS has leisure shoes for. The 1996 team, that was led by Koy Detmer, could win the Big 12 this year. It went 10 and 2. NO Powerhouse, but had good coaching. Its sad to say, if we had kept up the steam through the 2000’s, we could have cleaned up in the mediocre Big 12 North. Shoulda fricking coulda woulda.

hate to say it but, b-jax should take his pride and transfer to a place where he can play and contribute to a team…looks like he was a stop-gap. we have graduated to a more developed offence and he will most likely ride the pine. go buffs, demolish CSU!!
ps- anyone know why the game was scheduled for 10am !?

10 am is due to the fact that they are trying to keep the kids from getting too wasted.
I like how missouri is all of a suddne going to pound us “yet again”… If I remember correctly the Tigers don’t exactly have a history of dominating wins over CU. Quite the opposite in fact.
We will win by more then 7. 34 to 21:)

Indeed…some of you may be too young to remember but there were times when they had the Showdown at night…and then the cops would shoot mace and tear gas into the crowd after each game.
