Enough! I don’t care about Nebraska and neither should you

Stop talking about Nebraska.
As Colorado fans we have no reason to talk about Nebraska. Colorado is completely unproven right now. We are coming off a 2-10 season. We were just received a major NCAA violation. Our offense has yet to take hold. We don’t even have a starting quarterback right now.
I expect great things from the Buffs this season too, but until we prove ourselves on the field there is absolutely no reason to bring comparisons to the Huskers let alone any other Division I college football team.
So please of you want to talk about the upcoming season for the Buffs this is the place to do it, but stop with the Husker bashing.

One game at a time boys… Plenty of time for the red nation in November.

As a CU alum living in Omaha of all places; I wish more than those on this board would stop bashing the Huskers.
And though, many have tried, have not and will not ever change colors from the black and gold to red.
My four year old kids might have to fall in love with NU because all of their friends will; but they will don black and gold too.
On to my point – NU bashing adds nothing; and we have nothing to bash about. Get serious, NU has not fallen as far as we have, and they have picked up the pieces faster too.
Our entire university suffers when clods in the student section make asses of themselves annually at the NU game; or the CSU game; or whatever game we happen to lose and our “fans” can’t maintain any semblance of sportsmanship.
Try going into an interview for yoru next job some Monday after we’ve been on national or regional t.v. and some punks in the stand make a-holes of themselves.
It’s not fun; we should display more sportsmanship and character — on and off the field.
