Can we start the hype now? Come on Buffs, the Huskers are going to rip your jugular out! This is your bowl game right? Bring it pussies. Haha. I can’t wait for the Big Red to show you yet again that this is anything BUT a rivalry. Just as I predicted at the end of last year, your program is in shambles and your coach and quarterback (if that’s what your still calling him) are a JOKE! The Blackshirts will embarass you big time and Nebraska’s offense is going to roll you over. And over. And over…
Ryno, I’m getting thirsty already!

For not being a rivalry, you’ve sure been talking a lot of trash on a CU website for an entire year….
November 12th, 2006 on 4:44 pm
Oh, let’s be clear… I talk trash on this website because of the way I personally and all of my friends have been treated at Folsom Field over the years. I talk trash on this website because of the historically poor sportsmanship shown by your program in it’s locker room codes, toy hammers, mid-field taunting during warm-ups against NU, other pathetic attempts at “motivation” and itimidation by your last several coaches and teams, etc. I talk trash on this website because when Nebraska made it’s last coaching change all I saw here was countless deragotory and profane slanders against the PEOPLE of Nebraska. In short, I talk trash on this website because NO other program and it’s fan base in the nation deserve it more than you!

Great work seniors! One last challenge…rally the troops for a win in Lincoln, leave on a high note, and establish momentum for next year. Go Buffs!

Wow, sounds like a rivalry to me BSMC. If it was not, why would you care what the fans or the players at CU thought. Tell you what, why don’t you try finding a date or somthing. Maybe that might help you releave your frustrations instead of spending every night on our site.

We wish you the best of success. It is unfortunate many of you that won over the years for CU were not used well or were beaten to the ground before a game and after by the new staff. How could you perform if given no respect? Even with the scandle many of you kicked butt for GB and that spoke volumes. You loss mostly to teams that no other national teams could beat either. Hold your head high as you will be missed. Get ready for the combine and/or pro-timing days and get back into the game. J.J. Billingsley, TE Paul Creighton, PK Mason Crosby, OG Brian Daniels, C Mark Fenton, DE Alex Ligon, WR Blake Mackey, CB Lorenzo Sims, DE Walter Boye-Doe, CB Terry Washington, ILB Thaddaeus Washington and DE Abraham Wright you were the stars before Hawk and you will be again.
Never, never let one man mess with your mind. Some of you will make the pro’s and when you do write the press and tell them the truth about CU 2006, when Hawk landed. Time will tell about Hawk in the Big 12, this ain’t Boise. Running the bleachers before or after a Big 12 game is stupid. Having a QB that can not throw is interesting too. Having a Mell Holliday that would have been great as a FB and not use him eveytime like Vickers is dump too.

that’s right mac no one coulg beat montana, colorado st, asu, georgia, mizzou, baylor, kansas, or k state.
when your team looses that many close games its because they suck.

Lets just say this BSMC. The Huskers are going to have to fight there hardest while playing the Buffs. Don’t let our record fool you, we are going to run all over your defense, and dismantle your offense. You don’t call this a rivalry, but what I see when you post here everyday is fear. Don’t worry, the Buffs won’t hurt you that bad. Remember the last time we were in Lincoln? Go Buffs! HUCK THE FUCSKERS!

A record of 45-17-2 hardly constitues a rivalry. It actually represents a very very lopsided historical domination. I think I already explained fairly clearly why “I care so much”. Classless hatefilled pricks deserve to be reigned in and I have no problem filling that role on your little site here. As for getting myself a date, that’s a stellar idea… why don’t I start with your momma!
And wow, what exactly are you smoking up there My Buffz? I love your assertion that you are going to “dismantle” one of the highest powered offenses in the country. Your 2-8 record against nobody would suggest otherwise. As for “running all over” our defense, that’s a pretty tall order for the worst offensive team in the nation. We’ll see. You can however be sure that we won’t overlook the Buffs. With a week off and looking to take care of business en route to a 10 win season the Huskers will be more than ready in Our House. The last time you were in Lincoln you weren’t quite the laughing stock of the nation as you are now.
Oh and one last thing… fear? I promise you there is not a legitimate NCAA football program out there that fears the Colorado Buffaloes. Generally speaking people don’t fear jokes, they just laugh at them.

Zac Taylor is going to eat you chumps alive!
November 15th, 2006 on 3:29 pm
Now, now guys, lets get real. As a true Buff fan, I am confident in saying that (1) we suck (2) this is the worst offensive team I have ever seen for the Buffs since I began watching them (3) for all of my loyal fans who believe that Bernard Jackson is the answer, you should really stop writing on this site and continue your search for alien objects in Area 51 – didn’t you ever wonder WHY Barnett kept him on the bench? When I was in college, CU recruited a QB out of California named Muhammad or something like that (90’s buff fans, help me out). Do you know what his sole purpose was for? Nebraska fans, you will love this – Coach Mac recruited him to run the scout team for two weeks in order for his defense to prepare for Tommy Frazier. That’s right – we recruited a scout team QB who would never see a live game. BJax was nothing more that a recruited athlete who had no business playing QB. Now, our genius, MENSA-candidate coach not only gives him playing time, but starts him! Are you kidding me? Over Brian White, no less, who was supposed to be the guy here (who, last I heard, can be heard in Portland laughing every Sunday when he reads about the Buffs). Buff fans, wake up – we have no shot against Nebraska this year. Nebraska will outplay, outperform, outcoach and outhouse us into oblivion. The sooner you can accept this, the sooner you can move on from the 2006 season. I know its hard for you to hear this from a loyal Buff fan, but its just reality. Look at the stats, look at the history, look at the stakes. We have nothing to play for, and Nebraska has a bowl selection to play for (not to mention bragging rights). And one more thing – I enjoy playing Nebraska as much as the next guy, but I agree that this is not a classic “rivalry” in the college football lore. First, a rivalry has a long history – this rivalry was subjectively created by Coach Mac in the 80’s. Second, the record speaks for itself. If you don’t believe me, look at our overall record against CSU – very similar, don’t you think? Now, consider how many times CSU has embarrassed us the past ten years. That is a game we should always win, yet we always find a way to lose. Before looking at Nebraska, I think we should focus on being the best team in the state first. Do we really want to accept the fact that the best college football team in our state belongs to a service academy? Look at the records and see for yourself.

Joel -
I’m not going to argue with you that Jackson is the answer, I don’t think he is either. But keep in mind that he was a four star recruit that many talked about being a Michael Vick type talent. Now, maybe he just didn’t pan out, but there’s also the possibility that the previous staff didn’t do enough to help him develop.
I appreciate that you’re upset about the season and are obviously a pessimistic person. Others on here are trying to be more optimistic about the future of the program. We can’t tell anything from one year under the new staff. I know you don’t think Hawk is the answer, but if he does manage to turn this program around, we’ll leave a spot on the bandwagon open for you.

BSMC,
Oooh nice comeback. Letting your frustraions out on a CU website because of a lack of a social life is great example of what every “classy” husker fan ought to be(of course this is common for most redneck nebraskans). Lets be real here yes the huskers are good, however when it was time for them to play with the big boys what happened? They got smacked in the mouth which makes them so-so at best.

If the CU-NU rivlary isn’t real, why do they hate us so much? It seems pretty competitive for the last 5 years (3-2, I beileve, in favor of the Buffs) .
Rivalry is as rivalry does…
By the way, it’s kind of hard to play a guy who QUITS the team when things don’t go his way. Perahps there is some information in that statement about what sort of a player/leader he was.

BlacknGold, no disrespect meant to your mother. But if she does need a little lovin’ I promise to treat her better than all of the Colorado girls that have been mistreated and raped by the CU Football program and it’s recruits over the years. As for your assertion that NU gets “smacked in the mouth” by the “big boys”, frankly all of the insinuations on this site that Nebraska doesn’t play anybody are completely absurd and ignorant. Nebraska’s strength of schedule rankes #1 in the Big 12 and #11 nationally compared to the Buffs #9 in the Big 12 and #80 nationally (not that it helped you win any games this year). The Colorado program is the one with the cupcake schedule, yet you are still 2-9. The Huskers are 8-3 and were a hairsbreath away from 10-1, so get your facts straight. I still freely admit that this year’s Husker team is not yet great, yet, but they are far better than “so-so” as you will find out next Friday.
Duffman, again please see the above statistic on what the historical record between NU and CU really is. There is no way to classify it as a true rivalry. We hate you because your fans and coaches and players are complete assholes and have been for over 20 years. Plain and simple.
Now here is my olive branch offer to all of you Buffs.tv faithful. I suggest a wager. If the Buffs win next Friday then I will agree to not post anything under any name on this site for an entire year. And while this would make your site pretty boring, I’m sure many of you would be happy with this. However, if the Huskers win then I want to be able to post freely on this site for an entire year (provided that I don’t post anything vulgar or profane granted) using my true moniker Buffs Suck Monkey Cock. What do you say? Any of you Beefaloes up for a man’s bet?…
November 18th, 2006 on 12:57 pm
BSMC, I like your posts. True husker-style thinking – I’d be sad if you left. So to make to make it fair, you should have to post throughout the year under the name “Huskers suck monkey cock (aka BSMC)” if the buffs win.
I’m guessing the site owners will object, however…

(10-1)shoulda coulda whoulda. Thats what separates the men from the boys.

(10-1)shoulda coulda whoulda. Thats what separates the men (USC, Texas) from the boys(NU). Oh yeah a Nebraska has a few problems of their with how the players treat women (Lawrence Phillips). And nice job in trying to segragate your school system out there. Nebraska is really a step in the right direction.

Who’s QB..next year? Scary thought, if we are still developing? More yards and TD’s too than the RB’s for the season. Sounds like middle or high school to me. Yet, the RB with the most yards per carry is in and out every other play…hummm. NU game 12 plus….and sit down..ummm
Great strategy for not winning. I hope we rethink it next season, if so 10-2!
Go Buffs!
