Gampp, in your words.. “the national polls would disagree with you”. Every single week you prove yourself more and more an idiot. At least Nebraska can pull out a WIN. Kansas is a far far better Big 12 North team than CU and they will blow out Colorado. Nebraska will blow out Colorado by more than 40 points. I can’t wait to see you dumbasses in Lincoln.

Keep talking Husker fans… I too look forward to the day after Thanksgiving – we will be a team to be reckoned with at that point. But keep talking – we need the bulletin board material.

A team to reckon with! That’s hilarious! You need more than a locker room bulletin board to put up the trash that CU deserves. You’re 0-5. Your team is sooo bad. You know how Iowa’s visiting team locker room is painted pink? I think the Buff’s home locker room should be painted pink in honor of the complete lack of testicles among the entire team and coaching staff. Bring it on Buffettes, bring it on!

What a hypocrite Gamppy! You have Georgia, a team that lost 3 quarters to and barely came back to win with seconds left against the WORST TEAM IN D-1A Football (yes the Buffs), ranked in the Top 10? But by the same reasoning you drop Nebraska completely out of the Top 25 because of a spirited battle with Kansas? What a joke! I know it’s been said, but once again you are indeed a slow minded sort of guy.

No joke. Top 10 teams don’t go down to the wire with 0-5 Colorado!

I’d love to see Nebraska play UGA that close. Oh wait Nebraska would NEVER schedule that kind of game…not sure how that USC game ever made it on there. You guys could be undefeated if you had just scheduled your normal game against Nebraska University for the deaf and blind

I hate to say it but I agree – Nebraska should not be out of the top 25 by any means, and Georgia has no business being in the top 10. Gampp, I love your enthusiasm but you need to be more impartial here. Georgia will lose at least three games this year, and I don’t think Nebraska will lose any games other than Texas (which will be close). Our Buffs, on the other hand, still don’t have the talent to beat a well-rounded Nebraska team. Not saying I don’t believe, but lets be realistic. We are playing in Lincoln against a more athletically gifted team. Nothing to be ashamed about, its just fact. Nebraska by 10.

Yeah yeah Papa, care to take a comparative look at how many Top 25 teams Nebraska has beaten over the years compared to CU?
October 5th, 2006 on 6:38 pm
Okay, wait a minute – did you see the article in the Denver Post about Hawkins? He said that some of his players actually believe that the Buffs are a top 10 team! Okay, I believe in positive reinforcement and all, but aren’t we going too far here? A top 10 team? We can’t even beat CSU, who loses to Air Force every year! We have thrown 109 passes this year, and not one has been a touchdown! We have actually thrown more spiked balls than touchdown passes! Don’t top 10 teams have offense? Do we even have an offense this year? I love the Buffs, but if they are a top 10 team, I’m the President of the USA! They wouldn’t even be in the top 10 of Div. 1-AA! Come on, get real! Why are we suddenly kidding ourselves now! Come on Buff fans, are we really this delusional?

Buffette, Nebraska has beaten 74 top 25 teams, Colorado only 66. But still aren’t we talking about the “mighty Huskers” here? So I’m not all that impressed.
October 6th, 2006 on 1:02 pm
Papa, clearly you view your Buffs as “mighty” but yet you love to try to rip on the Huskers. Let’s see how they compare…
Fact #1:
Nebraska 5 National Championships since 1970
Fact #2
Nebraska 3 Heisman Trophy winners in that same time
Fact #3
Nebraska NCAA’s winningest football program since 1970
Fact #4
Nebraska 44-16-2 against the Colorado Buffaloes
Hmmm, I wonder which is the more dominant program…
