We Are Going to “Unleash Hell”

In yesterday’s Buff Club Kickoff Luncheon, Barnett was quoted as saying “For 363 days there’s been a storm brewing right down here in Boulder, on Saturday night, that storm is going to unleash hell.”
Better make some room on that bulletin board Sonny.
Barnett went on to add some fuel to the fire. “We’ve got better players than CSU does right now, I can tell you that.”

Yah part of me likes it, a lot, but then there’s that side of me that says hey if we are better lets just shut up go out and beat them and leave. But trash talking is cool too. Ummm GO BUFFS!

I’d feel a lot better if Barnett saved his remarks for the pre game locker room, and left CSU’s bulletin board with a big blank space in the middle.
Trash talking is just another word for tempting fate.

I can’t wait for the massacre tonight, My predictions: Buffs D dominates, Purify and Calhoun combine around 300 yards, Houston gets booed for being the filthy traiter he is and of course, a given fact, VAN PELT WILL CRY (whether it be from not getting his way, his godawful hair getting caught in his helmet or he rbeaks a nail I’m not sure but it will happen.)
