Bloom Files Appeal

Bloom filed his appeal claiming he should be able to earn endorsement money from skiing while playing football for the Buffs.
He’s arguing that the NCAA rules are not enforceable under state law which I think is an interesting tact. His appeal also mentions that his earning endorsement money while skiing is no different than him wearing company logos on his football jersey.
