Greg Finnegan Named New Strength and Conditioning Coach

Greg Finnegan, most recently the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars, has been named as the CU Football program’s new Strength and Conditioning coach. Prior to his five years in Jacksonville, Finnegan served as the Boston College Athletic Department’s Director of Speed, Strength and Conditioning.
Finnegan played center for Cornell from 1989 to 1991 before earning a masters degree in exorcise physiology from Kansas St. in 1994.

Well Finnegan says this is one of 3 dream jobs that could possibly pull him away from the NFL. You have to enjoy luring somebody to your school because it attains dream job status.

The Buffs should consider themselves lucky to get Greg Finnegan. He is a quality person who does not know how to lose. I know because I have had the experience of being a teammate with him in highschool. Greg good luck in Colorado!!!
