Tackling & Toughness – Cornholes

And the winners are ….
TACKLING: I love it when there are too many deserving players and not enough awards. I also love back-to-back wins against such a hated foe. I want to thank the Buffalo linebackers for coming up big. My highest honors go out to Kori Mossoni. Two sacks for losses in a row — it’s too sweet. But Mossoni was not alone. In the return to the base defense all of the linebackers shone. Drew Wahlroos and Sean Tufts completed the package. I can’t wait for next weekend.
TOUGHNESS: Brandon Drumm (aka the Alaskan Assassin)
This guy amazes me. It appears that his guns are so large he can’t raise arms above the elbows but all kidding aside he gets the job done. 5 yards on 4 and 1, that’s powerhouse football and I love it. I expect great things from this guy in the next two games as he finishes out his senior year. Obviously Brian Calhoun also came out tough when necessary but I’m counting on years of awards to come for #2.
