We are nearly there. A suite is only $50,000 annually with a guarateed 3, 5 or 7 year lease. But they seat 18 people. So doing the math that’s 50,000*3/18 = $8300 per person. We can do that. ANd to top it all of Gampp has agreed that he will pay half so that makes it only $4150 per person. You can’t beat that. I mean you are already going to spend nearly a $1000 for your shitty tickets for the next 3 years, this is a much better deal. Plus you can drink beer in these seats.
From CU:
Suite holders can now attend games with family, friends, colleagues and clients and enjoy an exclusive environment tailor-made for comfort and entertainment. With spectacular views of the Flatirons, each suite contains plush theater seating, living room furnishings and two television sets. Located on the East Side of Folsom Field, 42 enclosed suites will be constructed with climate control and movable glass windows so that guests can participate in all the game-day excitment, while enjoying the comfort of being inside.
These new accomodations will offer a well-appointed, carpeted space approximately 14-feet wide and 30-feet deep with seating for 18 people, a lounge area, closet, television sets, internal speaker system, and a fully-equipped service area and refrigerator. An option will be available to purchase up to six additional tickets per game for suites. Restrooms will be just a few steps away, behind the suites.
A variety of lease options will be offered to potential suite holders. The initial annual fee of $50,000.00 with options for three, five and seven-year leases. An option for a 20-year lease is also available with a gift of $1 million. A $10,000.00 deposit will be required to apply for a suite. A portion of the annual fee for the suite will be tax deductible as a charitable contribution to the University.
Up to four groups may lease a single suite. For each suite, one individual will be listed on the contract and will be responsible for finding replacements if someone opts out before the end of the lease period.

I’ll make sure you get that money as soon as win Powerball. I love how one of the first selling points that is listed is the spectacular view of the Flatirons. How about watching the actual game?

You know if each suite came with a keg…that would be a done deal. By the time you add up the cost P will spend on my tickets and all the beer I will buy myself, that comes to 4150 easily.
